Recruiter reached out offering the opportunity and sent a link for an online assessment, but it was not necessary as I had already completed in a previous attempt for another position. After being approved in this step, there was a code pair interview. The difficulty level of the question was absurd for a non-senior position. Just for comparison, one year before I had an interview for a senior position in the same company and I was able to easily complete the code challenge, still I failed probably because my code didn't pass a couple test cases. This time trying for a non-senior position, I could not even understand what was being asked, so the time was up leaving me both embarrassed and frustrated.
