I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Nueva Delhi) in Jul 2022

Two rounds.. Technical & HR
GHOSTING has now become a trend i see. Can't believe have to write this for Thompson Reuters. I applied through Linkedin and got call after 2 days itself. Had my technical Eval and went pretty well. Got a confirmation mail from HR that i cleared that round and soon next round will be conducted.. And then I got Ghosted simply..🙂 Hats off to the recruiters.

El proceso con el personal de RH fue muy amable y con el seguimiento adecuado en cada fase. La primera fase es con personal de RH, luego con un equipo de expertos de software para resolver un problema de codigo, luego se pasa a una fase de whiteboard que tiene que ver con el diseño de una solución y al final una entrevista con el posible manager.

Hubo varias fases pero para el puesto de Senior Software Engineer hay que estar preparado para resolver un problema de programación en el lenguaje de su preferencia en una herramienta sofisticada.
