1 phone screening call wit HR assistant 2 interviews with other Senior Managers 1 was informed that one more interview must be done with the highest decision maker. None of the interviews were difficult. I was mainly accessed by soft skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams than for technical skills, at least so far!
