Interview
Starts with a written test and then proceeds to a one on one, and subsequently a panel dicussions. They test company news knowledge, the ability to prioritise news stories and working under pressure.

cv submission first , later a small group interview, eventually one onsite interview in the office, which was conducted by the bureau chief . The interview process was quite quick and easy, people were very nice.
