There was an initial interview with the recruiter, another follow-up interview with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, and finally an interview with the senior director

I had an initial phone interview with HR who didn't seem to know a lot about the position, which is pretty standard. The next week I had an in-person interview with my manager and the team lead. It was casual and a great conversation for both them and myself to make sure it was a good fit. I was offered the job almost 2 weeks later. Pretty quick process compared to some other organizations.
