I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Nueva Delhi) in Nov 2011
Interview
there is a 4 step process. Someone screens your resume, there is a telephonic round where you describe the present experience. Next there is a round with a panel which is usually face to face. Once qualified you are called for a skill test and then finally a senior leader interview .
1. 30 min screening with HR, be prepared to speak on PM experiences and walk through resume.
2. Behavioural/scenario based questions and getting to know you with Sr. PM.
3. Take home case study, 2 days before interview to prepare. Create a PPT on how to design a growth roadmap as a new PM.
