The interview process comprised of 3 rounds.
1 was with a hiring manager, 2nd was technical and 3rd was strategy. My 2nd and 3rd round was combined together. There was good feedback and more of checking if there is alignment both ways. Play to your strengths and understand your role.

Questions on operations, strategy, technical know-how, any automation experience in previous work. Lot of questions were asked on any work experience and what processes you had taken to show innovation.
