The process includes a phone interview, and at least 2 in person interviews which may happen on the same day. One person will be taking notes and one asking questions.

Question 1
The questions are all canned. They do not really want to get to know you, just whether you can accept the fact that it is a crappy job and probably will not like the department policies. Mostly have you ever disagreed with a policy, and how did you handle it, what would you do if there is an unpopular policy etc. When I interviewed there was no, tell us about yourself etc.
The interview had a great format & was extremely informative. I walked away knowing a lot more and excited for the possibility of a future with the company. I had clarity of day to day and next steps.

Virtual interview for a remote position. Interview consisted of several prompts, and you record a video for each prompt. Unlimited time to prep an answer, and three minutes to answer. Took roughly 45 minutes to complete.

Question 1
Tell us about an obstacle or inefficiency you identified in a previous role and how you took initiative to improve it.
Virtual, offline interview. Thoughtful questions, but would have been nice to get a feel for the people and the culture during the process. Maybe next stage will include some face to face if I get that far!
