I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters
Interview
about 3 rounds with 2-3 interviewers, including the hiring manager. They asked for very specific and detailed answers such as what is one time where there was a policy that you did not agree with and how did you resolve it. There was less focus on your background from your resume and more role-playing scenarious instead. Also, be sure to ask for all of their business cards for follow up. Its almost impossible to track anyone down if you dont have their contact info to begin with.

The interview had a great format & was extremely informative. I walked away knowing a lot more and excited for the possibility of a future with the company. I had clarity of day to day and next steps.

Describe a time you had to deal with difficult customers or clients and how you navigated it
Virtual, offline interview. Thoughtful questions, but would have been nice to get a feel for the people and the culture during the process. Maybe next stage will include some face to face if I get that far!
