Thomson Reuters Credit Analyst interview questions

It was initially an onsite interview in NY, however it got converted into a phone-screen as I'm currently based out of Seattle. The interviewers (team manager and head) were extremely friendly and were knowledgable about the investment industry. It was a great discussion and did not involve too many loaded questions. The interview according to me went well but I haven't still heard back from the company (3 days since the interview) . So I in-fact have a question- does reuters inform if the company is not planning to make an offer to a candidate? Also, how long is the process take?
