Interview
For the content analyst there are 3 exams; english, accounting and excel. But before that they will conduct a phone interview and then they will email you about the details. About the exam the hardest part is the accounting part because it consist of some basic economics and finance terms like gnp, supply and demand, monetary banks.

First day is an assessment. Exam contains topics in investment, financial statements, etc. Then if pass they'll contact you for the initial and final interview. They'll contact you again if you get the job.

Interview
1. Applied through job fair. They contacted me and told me to show up for my initial exam which consists of a Finance exam, English exam, and a MS Excel assessment test. After I passed, they told me to go back after an hour because the HR officer will interview me.
2. The interview was a breeze and he asked general HR questions like Tell me about yourself.
3. For the final interview, I got interviewed by the team-leader of the department I was going to be sent to if I were to get a job offer.
