It started with an initial screening from the Talent Acquisition Team, where they asked about my background, experience and motivation for applying. The next step was an interview with the hiring manager, which focused more on my working experience, skills and how they relate to the role.
Questions were straightforward such as how I handled deadlines, deal with challenges, and manage communication in a hybrid setup. The atmosphere was friendly and conversational rather than intimidating.
After the interview, I received a prompt from HR, followed by instructions for pre-boarding discussions and background check.
