The interview process was both smooth and straightforward, providing a seamless experience from start to finish. A significant portion of the questions centered around people management skills, highlighting the importance the company places on effective team leadership and interpersonal abilities. While technical expertise was evaluated, it constituted a smaller part of the overall assessment, suggesting that the role may prioritize leadership and management capabilities.
