Great process and very responsive team. Two interviews followed by an offer and an orientation. Applied the old fashioned way and received a physical job application from the owner. Process was about 3 weeks long including orientation and training.

Interview
The interview was on Zoom with a few administrators. They mainly asked different questions about childcare experience and how you would handle situations with children and coworkers. Fairly easy interview.
Got a response very quickly. Was instructed to complete an online interview by recording answers to question. It took about 20 minutes and was able to re record answers as many times as I needed. After a few days they followed up with further questions.
