The interview was Easy and straightforward questions. I wouldn’t say it was hard at all and if you are truly interested in working with children, you won’t have any issues answering

A three-step interviewing procedure is used. I had a phone interview first, then a Zoom interview with the director and a member of the team, and then I was called in for an in-person interview where I met the rest of the team for a panel interview.
