Interview was easy and just asked about yourself and how you overcome stress. Was offered an interview right as I submitted my application. Also be prepared to ask questions about lifeguarding after interview is over.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA)
Interview
The interview took place at the YMCA in Hamilton, and they asked standard questions about experience, interest in the job, etc. I’d imagine the interview process is slightly different for those who haven’t been in the Student Counsellor program, but regardless, all was professional and fine.

Question 1
What is an experience at camp that you learned from, and how and what did you learn from it?
I was let go during the pandemic and rehiring was time consuming, but very organized. The initial interview call consisted of a regrouping of the past few years and how motivated I'd be to relearn moving forward. Casual but professional. I think spoke with several other people to recieve an offer and complete onboarding.
