Question 1
Is discipline necessary when it comes to handling difficult behavior? How so?
The managers interviewing candidates for this position were very professional, courteous, and were great at explaining the role and it’s requirements. The interview however was cut short by management because it was not a fit, while I blame the recruiters for dropping the ball and recruiting a potential client that was not a match, I still feel management could have had the courtesy to complete interview process with me as I had prepped and invested time in learning about the company and the role, plus shifting my schedule before the interview.
