Very easy. Took probably 15 minutes and asked very basic interview questions. The interview was only with the director and was only one round. I was offered a job within a few days and accepted.

Interview
Terrible. The unprofessional COO was eating and wearing a hoodie with greasy hair and claimed I am not a good fit after she asked “how do you breakup a fight?” I told her the correct answer which is “steer clear, assess situation, only get involved if necessary, call police all the while following proper protocol” There is no one singular best answer. I pushed back and said “I humbly disagree, I’m definitely a great fit for the position and the culture as I’ve demonstrated with my decade of experience.” “Well I’m the COO and I make the decisions so I’m telling you, your are not a good fit and I’m cutting this short.”

Interview
It was an easy interview process. Everything was set up smoothly and they communicated everything well. There were multiple interviews but was not dragged out. They also let you in on job expectations right away. Overall great interview experience.
