The Y (YMCA) interview questions

First interview was with the Director of Operations and the Director of HR. Pretty standard questions. The interview ended with a tour of the facility and was told I would hear back by the end of the week. A few days later I received an email offering a second interview. The second interview was a one on one with the VP of Operations. It was mostly conversational - if I had any questions about the position, any concerns, etc. I was told it was down to me and one other candidate and that I would hear back in a few days one way or the other. I never received a call or an email. The job posting was reposted a week later.
