Filled out an application on site. Then I sat down with the Director of the NW branch and was hired on the spot. I absolutely loved working for the YMCA!

The process was much like any of the other ones for an after school program leader. I knew they were really trying to find someone, but I answered honestly and was given a higher title than what I'd applied for.

Pretty Straightforward . They will ask you questions about your experience with youth and how well you work in group settings. Most importance is that they will ask you about lesson planning
