Very quick process, generic questions related to childcare and how to navigate challenging behaviors. I would say stay calm, be yourself and answer naturally. They want to ensure that you are competent to manage children.

Fairly smooth and multiple interviews but the process was communicated after the first. The timeline was extended but that was communicated. They must have been busy or have had a lot of candidates apply.

It was a very long interview process. You have three separate interviews and two of them will consist of 4-6 interviewers. It was a very comfortable environment and everyone seemed eager to have me there.
