I was interviewed in person regarding past experience, what the role looks like, and how many other individuals work in that area. I was asked what my expectations were, available dates, and how well I get along working closely with other people.

Interview
I submitted my resume online, had an in-person interview, and was hired on the spot. I think they really needed workers. The lady who interviewed me ran the program and was very sweet and kind. I felt comfortable and the atmosphere was pleasant.

They asked the general questions about strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted the job, etc. They asked about my experience and gave some scenario-type questions, such as "What would you do if you were working with a child and they hurt themselves and started bleeding?"
