It was a panel interview. I think there was only one interview. They asked questions and I was able to get a good understanding of the role and what the job could entail.
Interview process was smooth and thorough. Questions and answers took place concerning experience. Allowed questions from applicant to hiring manager. Asked questions on why you feel ymca would be a great fit and what is it that you can do to help the program succeed.

Got asked about what 3 items I would take with me on an abandoned island, other than that they asked really long questions about company values and situations where I demonstrated that.
Very easy! You will meet with the leaders of the camp to go over your qualifications and expectations. You will talk about schedules for the summer as well! Be prepared to talk about your experience with kids
