I have applied online directly at YMCA homepage. I got call back to be invited for an interview one week after I applied. Interview consisted of panel interview. One person was questioning me whether the other one was writing down my answers. They called me back in 10 days later to tell me that they will not make an offer for me

Interview process was simple, energetic, basic and to the point. There was not a lot of extra conversation and the interview felt rushed. I would like to understand the position better with a quick question of what to expect on a typical day.

Phone Call/ Later a in-person meeting in the CBD. Easy going interview, explained the role and did some general questions. After that there was a phone call saying I didn't get the job
