Interview
Super easy just need to have a love for kids and some ECE units. It’s not required but good for more pay. Go in there acting like you already have the job and just be yourself!
It was simple and straight forward. Asked about prior experience, strengths, weaknesses and there were a few additional questions that were asked by the interviewer about specific on the job situation.
If i was describing the interview process id say it was very easy as they just ask you personanlity questions and how you would descalate a situation or work in a team enviornment

The interview process was positive, the onboarding process is extensive and took 1-2 months before the start date. You should be communicative and diligent in following up regarding the process.
