The interview process was easy and to the point. They asked the questions, and then described the job. They also described the intended or possible hours and what training would need to be done.
The interview process was super easy and quick. I got to meet with the boss and she showed me around at the interview. I also got to meet other staff as well. The YMCA has the best interviewing process.
