It was a very quick and easy process. Minot has a big need for workers so I dropped off my app and heard back rather quickly. There was no need for a second interview and I was easily put into the schedule.

Interview
A three-step interviewing procedure is used. I had a phone interview first, then a Zoom interview with the director and a member of the team, and then I was called in for an in-person interview where I met the rest of the team for a panel interview.
