Fairly simple, it's a good company and they asked questions to find out who I was as a person rather than experience, the structure to hiring good candidates is genuine
Easy and straight forward, did not take several interviews or group interview as I have seen in other organizations. Interviewer is very friendly and personable. All done virtually over Zoom.
