Interview
It was not a very hard interview. I could tell that they were trying to interview a lot of people. All the questions were your pretty basic questions on an interview.

Question 1
Multi tasking questions and about the Y mission statement. They want to know you will jive with the Christian culture.
Thorough background check and reference check. They will call all references, so make sure you have good ones lined up. Have to have a COMPLETELY CLEAN criminal record and absolutely ZERO offenses against a minor, ever.
