Interview
The interview was very straight forward. They brought me in, I was able to interview with the aquatics director and supervisor. I talked with them for a bit about my certifications and availability. They then told me what they schedule would be like and what would be expected of me. They did a good job of giving me an overview of the company and job. They were very friendly in general. Which is nice. Very easy process, not stressful at all.
very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
Swim test and basic questions. Very chill and conversational. Gave me introduction to their different systems and showed me how to change my hours and look for cover. I recommend wilting here!
