A lot of customer service based questions. Problem solving questions relating to customer service skills. Also just organizations and multitasking questions. The supervisor and director were very kind. Was told that most of the new employees that comes into YMCA typically starts part time then work into full time.

Smooth interview process, email, then an in-person interview. Very quick to hire, everything was nice and smooth. There was a lot of training and questions to complete before hiring. Very good overall process.
