I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Multiple phone interviews. A few with talent acquisition staff from headquarters, a few with the executive director of the department, then a few with the executive director of the branch, then a few with your supervisor.
Nothing too mysterious just accomplishments and views on the industry. They were very open to me asking questions about their culture. I feel that it is their biggest strength.
