      I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Parkville, MD) in Apr 2016

      Interview

      I applied on April 20th through the Y's website, about 30 mins later I got an email to get me to schedule an interview. I had 2 interviews. My first interview was a 15 minute conversation with the manager on April 25th. My second interview was running a class. After that I was offered the job on May 3rd. About a week later I got all the information on filling out the proper paperwork and training. It took me about 4 days to do all the paperwork and training. I started working on May 17th. The entire process took a little less than a month, I am very satisfied with my new job.
