      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Bloomington, IL) in Apr 2026

      Interview

1st was a phone call to get to know me. Then an on-site interview. Then an interview with a mock client where I made a program and trained them. Everyone I spoke to was very positive and you could tell they loved training.
      Average interview

      Interview

Quick and to the point, had me perform an exercise I would have a client do that fit a certain description. Asked about why I would like to work at the YMCA
