Fill out an app online. they contact you for an interview with the store manager. if that goes well, you speak with the district manager. a day or 2 later, they called and offered the job. if you pass the drug test, you go through a week of training and you're good to go.

When I first started it took 3 weeks for the hiring process to go through, that was about 3 years ago. The company says they have reworked the hiring system but only new hires will know.
