The hiring process is so long! I think it's easier to get in the CIA. The application is long and tedious. You have to get interviewed by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and District Manager. Too much for a retail job and most of the time they hire unqualified people.

The first interview was the scenario questions. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an angry customer, etc.... Those are the most annoying interviews! Over all, I must have done better than I anticipated. I got a second call to interview with another store manager.

I was taken into the break room in Reno (after a prior phone interview) and given a like 10 minute interview. It was easy and more of an informal, informative session about the workplace.
