Generic, bland, simple, and corporate. Fairly quick hiring process but that's probably typical among most retail/sales gigs. Typical 2-stage interview process. I was hired within the window I was looking for.

Phone Screening: a store manager or HR person might call you for a quick chat. This is to get a feel for your background and see if you're interested in the role. In-Store Interview: If your phone screening goes well, you'll be invited to the store for an interview with the store manager, possibly along with another staff member.
