The process began with 2 phone screenings which consisted of general scenario questions. The interview process was super easy going. Lots of general scenario and "get to know you" questions.

Basic run-of-the-mill questions regarding character and competencies. They will ask questions that will require anecdotal or hypothetical instances. Depending on the region, you may get a pleasurable Midwestern type of interviewer, or a rough around the edges East Coast interviewer.
