The Vitamin Shoppe interview questions

First interview was more or less a conversation. The second round was 3 back to back interviews with different members of the team. One asked a case question, one asked behavioral questions, and another asked about experiences.

They first did a phone interview and said that they were in the process of calling other applicants too. So whoever made it past that stage would be called for an interview in person. They asked basic questions based on work situations like “When did you have to help a difficult customer”. they also asked about work experience and distance from the job. They didn’t send a follow up email or a rejection email.
