I met with three people, one attorney and two paralegals. They explained their office procedures and then asked questions about my experience doing certain duties. They went back and forth between explaining my job responsibilities and asking for examples of handling certain tasks, ex. case management skills, ability to conduct client intakes, etc.

First you have a phone interview whit the typical interview questions and them a second interview with the coordinator. Overall was good. pretty neutral but it makes me feel like the interview a lot of people to offer a job
