The Kraft Group interview questions

The Kraft Group required me to do two virtual video recordings through its hiring platform, HireVue. It is the most impersonal and awkward manner for anyone to interview, let alone for a Human Resources role. During this process, I was allotted 1 minute to prepare for the question and 3 minutes to answer. There is little room for error and I spent a great deal of time participating in the preparation questions. However, the caveat with the prep questions is that anxiety sets in fairly quickly because it is just yourself with a camera and its human interaction that makes an interview. The entire process occurred over 3 months or so and I never spoke to a person once.

Online digital interview, followed by phone conversation and then an in person interview. Online questions were easy enough, also had some games to do which were also easy. Overall a decent experience.
