Very easy, I had one interview and was hired. Then comes the task of getting finger prints, background check, drug test and physical exam. The interview took about 30 minutes and part of that was in a classroom.

Interview
The one on one interview was straightforward, making the overall experience comfortable and laidback. All of my questions were answered and the director was very polite and knowledgeable. Only downside is I wished I would have known during the interview that your hours are subject to be reduced without notice.

The interview process is very easy. Communication with staff was good and the interview was not stressful. I was nervous going into it, knowing that I had a limited amount of experience, but the Goddard school sure if they would help me grow as a professional.
