Two months after applying, I received an email inviting me to start the interview process. There were four rounds:
Hive – recording video answers to behavioral questions.
Home assessment – a flight booking curve prediction task.
Presentation of my home assessment solution, followed by a live case study (recommendation system) and additional behavioral questions (a lot more). Although this round was scheduled for one hour, it actually lasted two hours.
After that, I waited two weeks for feedback.
Interview with the Hiring Manager.
At each stage, interview times and deadlines were assigned without checking my availability. If you had questions, there was about a 50% chance of getting a response from HR.
I completed the entire process but never received any final decision or feedback.
Another issue is the lack of transparency: throughout the process, there was no clear information about job conditions, requirements, or salary. These details were only mentioned at the offer stage.
Overall, there is a high risk of investing several weeks into the process without understanding the role properly—and potentially not even receiving a final response. The communication style made it feel very one-sided, as if the company held all the power and the candidate’s time was not valued.
