Assessment day held at 9am and very judgmental strict process. Spent few hours there series of questions asked. Height and weight measured as well. Documents checked in person and online
Was by applying online and invited to an assessment day and they asked me to introduce myself and they gave each a group a scenario every candidate should explain their point of view.

Just spent there 1 hour.
It wasn’t that bad but also not that good.
I think they live in a state of mind.
I don’t want to repeat it again.
They are weird.

Interview
Smooth and consistant, where they gave you number and proceeded to each step with eliminations. It is super important to follow instructions by recruiter, as failing or doing like with "left-hand" might lead to immeadiate elimination.
