I sent my CV to the partner who was responsible to select candidates. Had skype interview within 3 mins and later email "Thank you, but..."
I believe that if to drop the CV in Assesment day or to recruiter directly - you have more chances than with simply organizing firm ;)

Question 1
Did you travel abroad? Why do you want to be a cabin crew? Why Emirates? Did you apply to any another company like Etihad, Qatar Airways?
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
Cv submissions during open day, followed by personal introduction. 50% people were eliminated in that round. Then came height check, then group discussion and the next day was a final personal interview with the panel. Questions asked:
What do you value most as a character ethic?
Why do you want to join Emirates
Took couple of rounds in person. English test, group assesment and also online personality test. Great experience, took a few months and joined within 1 year of applying. Personality test took 2hrs
