first of all, we had a presentation about the company and the life in dubai,than we had group activities. after groupe activities we pass the englisch test . the last step was the final interview .

-do you have any costumer service experience . -tell me about your weaknesses -why do you want to become a cabin crew -why do you want to join emirate -tell me a time when you had to deal with a diffecult costumer.
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
