Three step process that includes teamwork exercises, height measurement and face-to-face interview with a recruiter. The interview lasts around 30-45 minutes and they are generally looking for someone who is a good team player, humble, honest, responsible and confident.

What was an example of great customer service that I provided for a passenger?
Was by applying online and invited to an assessment day and they asked me to introduce myself and they gave each a group a scenario every candidate should explain their point of view.

It wasn’t that bad but also not that good.
I think they live in a state of mind.

Smooth and consistant, where they gave you number and proceeded to each step with eliminations. It is super important to follow instructions by recruiter, as failing or doing like with "left-hand" might lead to immeadiate elimination.
