Three steps: first two in the hiring country the third one in Dubai where the process lasted all day long. It was challenging but rewarding i received a good offer after seven / ten days
Was given 40 minutes to prepare a case study as to how I would handle around 15 critical company tasks, Had to prepare presentation , After presentation there was formal interview by panel

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Emirates Group (Santiago) in May 2018
Interview
3 total interviews in the process (2 on Skype and 1 presencial in Chile) and finally the company did not contact me to say that I did not was selected.

Question 1
About my career in previous and actual company to show them my performance and experience in finance. The last interview (presencial) was to show them a performance plan regarding some examples about bad situations in the company and how to fix it.
