Interview
Assesmet centre that takes a full day with group exercises, height test and English test (easy to intermediate). After each exercise there is an elimination process with no feedback on the decisions. If all are passed there is a final interview. Before the final interview, there is a standard personality test.

Question 1
The final interview depends roughly on the experience the candidate has. If he/she has experience, the questions are related to the job (Eg: "tell me a situation where: you helped a customer, you went above someone's expectations"). If not, the questions are aimed to illustrate the soft skills required for the job (Eg: a situation where: you mediated a work conflict, you took control of a stressful situation).
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
