Attended Open day and was asked a few questions about my CV. Why I wanted to work for emirates etc. Was called that evening to attend an assessment day. The assessment day involved presenting an image and role play. Mainly seeing how you would deal with a difficult customer. After each scenario you were given a paper which told you if you were successful or not. After passing all the assessments I was called for. Final interview with two people which was recorded.

How you deal with difficult customer? Example of a time you worked under stress? Example time you didn’t get along with colleague? Why emirates?
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
